SLVCN Forged Trunnion Mounted Twin-Ball DBB Ball Valve with Dual Worm Gear Operation is designed for oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, metering station and critical pipeline isolation applications where reliable shut-off, cavity pressure release and leakage verification are required.
The valve integrates two independent trunnion mounted ball closures and an intermediate bleed / drain connection within one compact body. When both ball closures are closed, the cavity between the two balls can be vented, drained or monitored through the bleed connection, allowing operators to verify isolation performance before maintenance, inspection or process line intervention.
Compared with a traditional assembly using two separate block valves and one bleed valve, the integrated DBB design helps reduce installation space, connection points, overall weight and potential external leak paths.
The trunnion mounted fixed ball structure supports the balls under pressure, helping reduce operating torque and improve sealing stability in larger-size or higher-pressure pipeline service. Dual worm gear operators provide smooth and independent manual control of both ball closures.
Soft seated and metal seated configurations are available according to medium, pressure, temperature and leakage requirements. Body material, seat material, pressure class, end connection, bore type, bleed arrangement, operation method and testing requirements can be customized according to project specifications.
