This valve series features forged body construction, reduced bore or full bore options, trunnion mounted ball design, sealant injection structure and lockable handle configuration. The trunnion mounted structure helps improve ball stability under pressure and reduce operating torque, while the lockable handle helps prevent unauthorized or accidental operation on site.
Body material, seat material, sealing material, pressure class, end connection and operation method can be customized according to actual working conditions. The valve can be supplied with ASME Class 150 to Class 2500 ratings, RF / RTJ flanged ends or butt welded ends, and is suitable for oil and gas pipelines, natural gas systems, petrochemical plants, storage terminals and general industrial fluid control systems.
