SLVCN Forged Steel Double Block and Bleed (DBB) Double Ball Valve is designed for high-pressure and high-risk isolation applications where absolute sealing integrity and operational safety are critical. Featuring a fixed trunnion-mounted DBB structure with two independent ball valves and a dedicated bleed cavity, the valve ensures complete upstream and downstream isolation with reliable pressure verification.
The valve adopts a reduced bore design with a flanged inlet and a high-pressure threaded outlet (NPT or BSP), enabling flexible installation in compact pipelines, sampling lines, and instrumentation branches where space is limited and safety requirements are stringent.
