Compact Twin-Ball Double Block and Bleed Valve with Reducing Flanged Ends

●  Reducing flanged ends combine pipeline diameter transition and DBB isolation in one compact valve.
●  Twin-ball design provides independent upstream and downstream shut-off for maintenance isolation.
●  Intermediate bleed / drain connection supports cavity pressure release, draining and leakage verification.
●  Compact integrated body helps reduce separate reducers, valves, flange joints and potential leak paths.
●  Dual manual handles allow clear valve position indication and independent operation of both ball closures.
●  Materials, seats, bore type, flange size, operation method and testing requirements can be customized by project.

    Key Features

    Integrated Reducing Flanged Design

Unequal flange sizes allow pipeline diameter transition within the valve body, helping reduce the need for separate reducers and additional flange joints.

    Twin-Ball DBB Configuration

Two independent ball closures provide upstream and downstream shut-off, while the intermediate cavity supports double block and bleed isolation requirements.

    Intermediate Bleed / Drain Function

The bleed / drain connection allows cavity pressure release, draining and leakage verification before maintenance, inspection, sampling or instrument removal.

    Compact Integrated Body

Compared with a traditional reducer + block valve + bleed valve assembly, the compact integrated design helps reduce installation space, component quantity, overall weight and potential external leak paths.

    Dual Manual Handle Operation

Two independent handles allow separate operation of each ball closure and provide clear visual indication of open / closed position.

    Project-Based Material and Configuration Options

Body material, ball material, seat material, reducing flange size, bore type, pressure class, operation method and testing requirements can be customized according to actual service conditions.

    Product Details

SLVCN Compact Reducing Flanged Twin-Ball Double Block and Bleed Ball Valve is designed for process piping, metering skids, oil & gas, chemical and petrochemical applications where pipeline diameter transition, double isolation and cavity pressure release are required in limited installation space.

The valve integrates two independent ball closures, reducing flanged ends and an intermediate bleed / drain connection into one compact body. Compared with a traditional arrangement using separate reducers, two block valves and one bleed valve, this integrated DBB design helps reduce installation length, flange joints, component quantity and potential external leak paths.

When both ball closures are closed, the cavity between the two balls can be vented, drained or monitored through the bleed connection. This supports leakage verification before maintenance, instrument removal, sampling or process line intervention.

Dual manual handles allow independent operation of both ball closures with clear visual indication of valve position. Body material, seat material, reducing flange size, bore type, pressure class, operation method and testing requirements can be customized according to project specifications.

For larger sizes, higher pressure or higher torque service, gear operation, pneumatic actuation, electric actuation or trunnion mounted design can be supplied according to project requirements.
