SLVCN Class 600 Fully Welded Trunnion-Mounted DBB Ball Valve is designed for high-pressure and high-flow pipeline systems, including pumping and compression stations, subsea, underground, and other harsh service applications. Featuring a fully welded one-piece body, the valve eliminates external leakage paths and delivers reliable, long-term performance in critical operating conditions.
Engineered with a trunnion-mounted ball and Double Block-and-Bleed (DBB) design, the valve ensures stable operation, secure isolation, and safe maintenance. It is well suited for demanding applications in oil & gas, chemical & petrochemical, power generation, and other industrial sectors. The design and manufacturing follow API 6D requirements, incorporating fire-safe, anti-static, and fail-safe anti-blowout stem features to enhance operational safety in critical environments.
