Two independent seals with a bleed port ensure complete line isolation and safe pressure relief.
Independent Operation for Flexible Isolation
Each ball can be operated independently for selective upstream or downstream isolation during maintenance.
Bleed Port for Pressure Verification
Allows instant cavity pressure release and visual leak verification before servicing.
Forged High-Strength Body for High-Pressure Service
Forged steel body delivers reliable performance under Class 1500 high-pressure conditions.
Product Details
SLVCN ASTM A105N 1500LB Flanged Double Block and Bleed (DBB) Ball Valve is a high-pressure isolation valve designed for critical pipeline applications where maximum safety and zero leakage are required. Its true Double Block & Bleed (DBB) design uses two independent sealing elements to fully isolate the pipeline while safely relieving trapped pressure through a dedicated bleed port.
Manufactured with a forged ASTM A105N carbon steel body, this DBB ball valve provides excellent mechanical strength, pressure resistance, and long-term reliability under Class 1500 service conditions. Available in floating or trunnion-mounted design depending on valve size, it is engineered for demanding high-pressure operating environments.
The valve is widely used in Oil & Gas, Chemical & Petrochemical, refining, and high-pressure industrial pipeline systems, with body materials, seat materials, pressure class, and valve configuration customizable to suit specific service conditions and project requirements.
The valve supports lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety devices and can be upgraded with pneumatic or electric actuators for automation and remote operation.
